Private Sessions

Are you struggling with a Chronic Condition or having trouble managing Stress?  Consider having a personalized Yoga Therapy Program designed for you.  It's easy to Integrate into your daily routine.

How to get started

  1. A (3) session minimum is required in order to develop a successful program for you.  This allows me to provide effective tools to assist you in gaining knowledge about your physical & emotional habits, create new healthier habits and integrate these lifestyle changes into your routine.
  2. Our initial session is 90 minutes.  It consists of gathering your medical history, learning about your current conditions and determining your objectives and needs.
  3. All individual sessions after are 60 minutes.
  4. Fees will be discussed prior to your initial session.
